We have recently received some requests from our patients on how to find our primary care centre (PCC), once they have arrived at Teddington Memorial Hospital.
On arriving at the main car park, you need to make your way towards the left hand side of the hospital and enter using the side entrance. There is an intercom to the PCC reception that patients can use to let us know they have arrived.
It is possible to use the front entrance to the hospital during daytime hours and before 10pm, though, we request you use the side entrance to avoid ending up in the wrong place.
Please note: The side entrance is the only way to access the PCC after 10PM.
If you are at all unsure, please ask a member of hospital staff to direct you to the entrance for the primary care centre.
The primary care centre is only available to Richmond patients registered at surgeries within the area.
